Tzatziki Dip

This refreshing Greek dip is a wonderful addition to any meal. 



3 Tbsp. SPICE + LEAF Tzatziki Dip Mix

1 cup plain yogurt or Greek Plain Yogurt or Labne

1/2 English cucumber or 1 Persian cucumber, shredded (or diced very small).



Using a grater, shred cucumber. Keep all of the juice and combine with yogurt, Tzatziki Dip Mix. Stir everything together. Serve with your favorite vegetables, pita bread, crackers or as a side with a baked salmon.
