Za'atar Spiced Flatbread
By Debbie Kornberg

When I entertain for a sit-down dinner, I like to have food on the table for people to munch on throughout the meal. My spiced flatbread is a crowd favorite and can be served with hummus, baba ganoush, and/or tahini. Of course great for appetizers too!
Ingredients:
4 Flatbread (or any kind of pita bread, Na’an or your favorite flatbread)
3 – 4 Tbsp. SPICE + LEAF Galili Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. SPICE + LEAF Authentic Za’atar
1 Tbsp. SPICE + LEAF Sumac
1 tsp. SPICE + LEAF Moroccan Sweet Paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pita bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix all spices together in a bowl. Set it aside.
Using a basting brush, brush oil on top of pita bread. Sprinkle spices on top of bread. Don’t be afraid to be generous.
Place in oven and bake for about 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve whole or cut into quarters. Enjoy with hummus, baba ganoush, labne or tahini. Delicious!!
