Pomegranate Honey Vinaigrette

Pomegranate Honey Vinaigrette by Debbie Kornberg – A sweet and tangy homemade dressing in a glass jar.

2 garlic cloves

½ cup vegetable oil or avocado oil

¼ cup SPICE + LEAF 18 Year Aged Balsamic

3 TBSP pomegranate juice

¼ cup SPICE + LEAF Wildflower Honey

Optional: Pinch of salt



Prepare vinaigrette in food processor. First mince garlic clove in food processor then add all remaining ingredients: 

Vegetable oil, balsamic, 18-year-old balsamic, pomegranate juice, honey and salt. Mix very well in food processor. 


Serve on your favorite salad.
