Five Minute Rise Focaccia Bread

Five Minute Rise Focaccia Bread by Debbie Kornberg - A golden, freshly baked Focaccia bread with rosemary, garlic, and salt seasoning.

Easy dough recipe and great for making pizza – Kids love making this!


2 ¼ teaspoons yeast or 1 packet of Yeast 

1 cup warm water

1 teaspoon sugar

2 ½ cups flour

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt 

2 Tablespoons SPICE + LEAF Rosemary Garlic Salt 



Step 1: Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water into a bowl. Stir and let sit for a few minutes. 

Step 2: Add flour, salt, olive oil to yeast mixture and mix together until it has formed a nice dough bowl. 

Step 3: Let dough sit for about 5 minutes.

Step 4: Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

Step 5: Pat, press and gently stretch dough on cookie sheet until it is thin in the middle and thick on the edges. 

Step 6: Baste with olive oil and sprinkle on Rosemary, Garlic & Salt blend and place in oven for 20 minutes on 425 degrees on the lowest rack in the oven.
